u just gotta wait it out...ssrry, take tylenol or advil if you got a headache..but there really isn't anything you can do...feel better!

I'm afraid 'doodlegirl' is right. Colds take their own time.

And in the wet, cool Scottish highlands most people seem to have colds almost all the time...

My Mum used to say that the best remedy was to fill a pitcher with really hot water, put a towel over your head (to keep the steam from escaping) and then breathe deeply. Maybe that will help to clear your head at least?

Try steam inhalation, plenty of rest and drink lots of water. Put some lemon juice and honey in it that should help. Hope you feel better soon

Make sure you get enough rest and some extra vitamin c.

Advil CS is a nice thing to get if you can't afford to get drowsy.

Also for sinuses etc, try a saline nasal spray, relaly works to open everything up.
