Why am i suddenly having acne again?

I took 6 months of accutane... my face was totally clear for half a year and all the sudden im starting to break out around my mouth agian? ahh what should I do?

my skin is super dry at this time of year and I've tried all types of moisturizers and...

cleansers and nothings working.

wash your face with salt water twice a day. I do and i havent had a break out since i wuz 13

well u could use neatrogena or u could use pro activ those two acne treatments work like god himself just wiped the acne off as hor the dryness i really dont know except try to stay from outside alot and dont over medicate ur skin and use lotion but not too much get a special lotion that is used for moisturizing skin or go to ur doctor and ask wat the best thing to do would be

Salt water, or saline solution seems to work. Another option is asking your doctor if you can go on the pill- I went on it, and now I hardly have any problem with acne. (Unless I have to go on lengthy international flights, but that is enough to mess with anyone's skin!)

DONT USE NEATROGENA. Your face will iche i know i used it.. it depends on what kind of acne you have on what product you need try anything that has 5% benzoly proxide in it that should would..

Breakouts around the mouth are usually caused by PMS. Go back to your dermatologist and see what they have to say. My brother went on accutane and was clear for a while, but breaks out now and again.

am now really curious..came back from cuba in october and up until now my skin has been acne free for the first time since I was 12 ( I am now almost 40!) ..this week my skin took a turn for the worst and is horrendous again ...I am now wondering if the salt water in the sea and air actually caused my skin to clear up...am defo going to give this a go..salt water here I come...after 28 years of acne ill try anything ..cheers for this idea..glad I came on here now !!
