Im 18 and i need freedom

Hey im 18 and I live in LA. My mom is always on my penis. And wount give me any freedom. Like she stills wants me to ask 2 go to the store. And clean up 2 go out side. What should I do?

Do I have any rights like to go off and live on my own?

And...

am I old enuff to by my own plane ticket?

WELL you ARE OLD ENOUGH TO LEAVE BUT IT IS a lot HARDER THEN LIVING AT HOME

BUT you ARE LIVING UNDER HER HOUSE SO ITS HER RULES you KINDA HAVE TO RESPECT THAT SO I WOULD SAY JUST GO WITH THE FLOW THERES IS NOTHING WRONG WITH LETTING HER KNOW WHERE you GOING OR CLEANING UP you KNOW! ^_^

If you really want to move out, that might be hard since you're living under your mother's roof.
You're an adult enough to make choices. If she wants you to do this and that, you pretty much have to respect that. I would say, you can move out but, it's hard to move out unless your mother is there constantly.
It's good she wants to know where you're going but, she should let you have the freedom you want.
You're old enough to make that choice whether to stay under your mother's roof, or leave. She shouldn't interfere.

Have tried to have serous talks with her..? I guess that would work because my mum is very protective over me though im 16 and I respect that looking at what is happening to the teens today...but I have never considered moving out though I am legal to get myself a guardian and stuff... when ever I feel shez getting too hard on me I just give her the soft talk on how I have the power to move and claim benefits and find a sharing home and a new guardian...but that I still love her and then I go on to how I feel and make her reflect to how it could make me turn against her (a mothers living nightmare) and bla bla bla...and then I tell her what I'd like ... the amount of freedom (not crossing her parenting stuff like knowing where im going) then I tell her that I will always tell her where im heading off to and with whom (her right) then I tell her the time I will be home (and sticking to it) making it decent (like 12 or 1 or even 2 - no later) and stopping her from giving me a curfew by telling thats a punishment...always workss...and if its regular before the problem is too hard it ussualli only lasts 20 to 30 mins...

still thats me...try finding out different ways that suit you and your mum and try making 'moving out' your last decision on the list...
