If saving the whole world meant that you had to die,would you do it

So this will probably never happen but if you had to save the world by you dying, would you die to save the rest of us. :S thats kinda confusing I know.

Most people will say yes, and there actually are some brave people that really would, nut when it comes down to it, the natural human instinct is to run, and instinct takes over when the thinking pauses (natural evolution quality that brought us to today !)

yes, I'd be dead anyway right? I have two boys and I would without hesitation die for them. That's a mothers instinct.

of course, my children live in this world, and I would do ANYTING for them, not the rest of the world, just my babies...but then, if anything had happened to them, then I would want to die anyway to be with them, so either way - yeah!

and neoz, it doens't mean I would like it, but I would still do it!

If it meant dying to save my own children, my parents, my aunts ucles and cousins, everyone I know and have ever met. Yes, I would. I have no doubt in my mind. If I didn't then I would die anyway because the world needed me. If I say no, then we will all die!

Of course, my 3 children are in this world and as sooitca said I would not die for people I don't know but, I would for my kids.

And trust me, I would not run the other way when it came right down to it. It's a mother's instinct to protect their children from anyone and everything. That I would do without question.

I'm going to go against the trend here and say no. I don't bear any ill towrds the world or it's inhabitants. I don't feel any loyalty towards them either. If I die, then for me the world ends. If the world ends, then I die. Status quo.

Hmmm... actually... that's how I'm planning on dying...

I would totally die if it meant saving the whole world. There's more of the world than there is of me. =)
