yes you can get checked for STD's and STI's with a blood test but that does not cover all the STD'S or STI's that she may or may not have in order to find out if she has other diseases like chlamydia or other diseases she will need to go get a pap donr. she may not like it but wouldnt she rather be safe then sorry
