How to prove that I can sing?

hi im 13 years old and I have a question for you!
look I want to sing .. not because I want to be famous ..it because I love to sing .. and I ask my friends and family if I can sing and they say that I can!! but when I reconr my voice singing I just dont sound like I was expecting .. my family and my friends think that im just good for sports and math .. soo how can I proove them that I can sing?? plizz answer

I wud say keep try to pursuade them. sing in your church choir or something adn ask for a solo so they can really hear you also perform in your school if they have a musical or something! just never give up on your dreams! if you want to sing than sing! and dont worry bout your parents! or any one else! =]

Enter into talent shows if you win, that shows them that you have talent. Your siblings can go both ways, they can be very encouraging at times and very unecouraging others.

what can I say if you want to persue your dreams go ahead. and about your voice sounding differant, thats normal. when we listen to our voice just with our ears we hear not only our voice perjecting but the sound in our head. and when we listen to them together it sounds differant then listening to them apart
