How can i get skinny?

my step mom made a comment that really bothered me she was yelling at me telling me im fat and im going to be fat she knows better now then to say that cause I hold that agaisnt her she is fatter then me I hate to say that but its the truth and I cant...

get it out of my mind I havnt eaten junk food or reg food in almost a month what should I do cause every time I think of food I thnk of fat that im going to be huge or that I am help me please ?
