I have met Hilary duff (see picture!) and I asked her about this, she did suffer from anorexia a LITTLE bit...when she was acused of being fat...it was on Star and it said Duff Puffs up...after that, she lost a lot of weight, her Sister, Haylie, noticed that she was getting way too skinny...(I saw her in concert during this period...she looked BAD)...So she started eating again and cutting carbs and doing pilates.
Be sure to check her out on the cover of Maxim and Shape, she is not sickly looking anymore, she is fit and tone and absolutely stunning!

When I met Hilary, she was truly an inspiration, so sweet, so kind and so down to earth! She will always be my favorite celeb and the nicest person I've ever met, no matter what anyone says.

Breakfast A bowl of Kashi cereal with 2 percent milk (or an egg-white omelet with Feta cheese) and a latte made with 2 percent milk – 292 calories.
Lunch Grilled-chicken Caesar salad with one tablespoon of reduced-fat dressing (or grilled ahi tuna salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing) – 330 calories.
Dinner Tuna steak, grilled vegetables and couscous. (Another fave? Sushi. “I usually eat it when I go out to dinner!”) – 316 calories.
