That is my problem too. They make skinny jeans and skirts like that but not shorts. I kind of just stick to emo skirts or just black shorts because I can never find any.

shorts arnt emo, there shorts
but if you must
just try the ones at places like jay jays, supre, ect
if your going for what kids consider emo go with the black
and if you want you can customise them as well
