what my mom did
was walk 2 miles everyday
so your feet and ankles wont swell
up. she said that walking gave her a releif
and doc said that it would help the circulation flow
for the baby and do it good.
so start walkin for a healthier you and a healthier baby!

eat right. take the prenatals, even thoughh they can make you a little sick. sleep as much as you want. go to all check ups. be careful having sex. thats really all you can do. congrates and good luck.

Congratulations on your news!
Just look after yourself and you'll be looking after your baby. The main things are that I'm sure you'll already know is to eat healthy and don't drink or smoke or do anything strenuous.
You don't need to be eating for two when you're pregnant. Research has shown that you only need an average of 200-300 calories extra when preganant.

Wsihing you the best of luck with your pregnancy!

Healthy food and no no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs (I'm sure you know that already!). Light gentle exercise such as walking and yoga. When you are pregnant you do not actually have to eat double the amount- that will lead to over consumption and excessive weight gain- you only need about 500- 700 calories more than normal and that's not until a couple of months in. Congratulations
