Pen ink, water, dirt and pencil would be poisonous?

me and my friend mixed together pen ink,water,dirt,pencil,and spit.a kid actually drank it.would that be poisinous.plz reply asap.i dont want to go to juvie if he gets sick.i have a lot more life to live.

He'll be fine, you'll be fine, everybody will be fine. Let this be a lesson to you, jokes can be and are taken too far sometimes and multiple innocent parties are dramatically affected.

It sounds like it would taste awful enough to maybe give him a stomachache but it certainly won't kill him.
