Well, drink some coffee, excercise, eat right and get more sleep.
omg I have the same probelem. I always get tired for no reason at all!! Its really annoying because my body refuses to move even when I try to move with all my might... so I just take a nap... THen when I wake up I feel energized and I start bouncing off walls lol.
If you are constantly tired go see your doctor and get a full blood test screening done it may be something along the lines of anemia or vitamin deficiency which can be treated pretty quickly. A lack of energy can also be an early indicator for depression. Anyway go see your doctor






What if you want to do stuff but are too tired?
what can you do when you are so tired but you want to do things like take a walk or eat or any thing but your too pooped to poop? (SORRY FOR THE VISUAL)
