I think my rents hate me

my parents grounded mee 4 going over 2 my best friends house w/ out asking. they scream and yell at me. long story short I am in prison. just kidding. but almost. any advice on how to deal with it

you parent do NOT!!! hate you.. they are just trying to look out for your pretection. you can deal with it by listening to music. screaming into a pillow, running, playing a sport, or writing in a journal. hope I helped

well my parents used to do that to me...they just want to look out 4 you...whenever I got mad I always put on a headseat and listened to music until I forgot about the whole situation
