How to get scene hair?

kay, so I have like longish brownish/blonde (not quite dirty blonde but like, a little bit of highlights) and I really want scene hair...but I don't know how to do it? Any ideas on how?

by scene hair im assuming you mean somthing like the big boofy bit at the top and straight down the bottom?!
if so its called back-combing for the top bit

or 'scene hair' or something!

scene hair is lame now. but uh, if you want it just go to a salon they'll no what you're talking about. a good salon that specialized in that kind of hair is called tony&guy, just go there let them work they're magic. they'll give you what you want.

if you ask me scene hair now and days are so out of date but yeah just go to the salon and they'll do it for you but be original
