Try doing something that doesn't stimulate you too much before bed - take a hot bath, read a book (but not one that's so interesting you can't put it down). Also, try avoiding any caffeinated beverages a few hours before bed.
When you lie down, make sure your room is dark and quiet, and at the right temperature (a little on the cooler side if perfect for sleeping).
You have to try and clear your mind. Don't think about your day or what you're going to do tomorrow...just focus on relaxing every muscle in your body.

I WANT to go to sleep when I should but im never tired until like 1 or 2 o clock in the morning.
