Well if you are hungry late at night,dont eat about 2 hours before you go to bed.At night is the time when you gain the mist weight to your stomach.When you get home from school and if you are hungry,you could have sliced up bananas,grapes,and apple chuncks with yougurt.It is really good and very healthy.For exercizing,do some crunches,push ups,and squats.I lost 4 pounds in 1 week of just doing this. Remember,muscle weighs more than fat!!!
Instead of eating just 3 meals eat breakfast then around 10 like grapes or something and a healthy lunch or small porportions and then when you get home from school grapes again or something. so that way you don't get super hungry and eat a lot, and also running is like one of the only things to slim you all over. so running is good. I wear a size 7 too and want to get down to a size 5 too! so im having this trouble right now too! but good luck =)
ok my goal is to raise metabolisms. Start with eating 6x a day...DO NOT EAT MORE THAN YOU USUALLY DO DURING THE DAY. Just eat more often. Spead your meals out and don't eat 4 hours before bed because you metabolism slows down incredibly while sleeping. Stop eating junkfood and only drink water and juice. Do cardio about 2x-3x a week and for about an hour long run/walk or videos or whatever just make sure you feel it.
Don't expect to be able to change your diet in a day or be able to exercise like that crazy but slowly work yourself into the routine and stay there because reverting back to the way you were will only make your body do the same thing so make CHANGES don't do a phase.
well to loose in your stomach area you can do sit ups and cruchies start in small amounts like I'll say 50 then go to big amounts like I'll say 200 and excercise your feet to loose some weight also eat less and healthy its going to be hard at first but u'll get in2 it trust me it worked 4 me and don't eat 4 hours before you go 2 bed don't eat plenty in d afternoon in the morning eat like something small with a glass of juice or milk and in the night eat a small amount also

allright im switching bak to my old school in a couple weeks and id like to loose up to 20 lbs but my goal is 10 im not fat at all! I just want my legs to get a litttle smaller and loose a little fat off my stomache and I already talkd to my doctor and...
he sayd I dont need to but I can only loose 20 lbs because thats the lowest healthy weight! and im really dedicated to looseing sum weight!! I want to get in size 5 pants... I wear size 7/8 right now and id like to werar a size small shirt.. I wear a small medium right now can sumone help me with ways to eat better and what exsersizes to do!! itd be very appriciated! =)
