Asked by wendibarthel about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

Ok so about 4 days ago I started feeling really nauseated. I don't really feel sick anymore, but I have some light cramping in my lower abdomen on both sides. My legs are retaing water also. I can leave an indent on my shin for a good 15-20 seconds. I...

can not afford to go to a doctor since I do not have insurance. Any home remedies to make me feel better would be nice. Thanks happy

We cant tell you home remedies if we don't know what it is - you should at least call a doctor to see what he/she suggests.

make sure youre not pregnant.
I have HUGE problems with nausea all the time
go to the doc and ask for Phenergan (its an anti nausea pill)
or just ask them for an anti nausea medication in general.

if you cant get to the doc, take baking soda and water (the directions on the box say how much and stuff) that always works for me!

good luck!
