I need help with m bridge

im building a bridger and I realy don't have any money,would fresh little trees I cut down work or will the rot away?

They would eventually decay and become brittle...it's not going to be a safe bridge, by any means.

You should get yourself some treated lumber - I'm aware you don't have money, but perhaps you can find some at a deconstruction site that will only be thrown away.

Maybe not fresh little trees, but some normal sized trees yes if you'd like to invest in stain. It isn't more than ten bucks at lowes or walmart. Stain protects the wood from rotting and rain.

Trees last a long time before rotting away. If it's just for a couple years it could work.
