I just found out today my best friend cuts himself
ok. I just found out today my best friend cuts himself. then later I found out he tried to kill himself. I use to cut myself for a little bit but then I stopped.I only needed one big thing for me to start again and this is it. I cant help it. but I dont want my friend to kill himself! me and his girlfriend want to do something (she doesnt know about the killing himself part) but we dont know what else to to do. we cant tell anybody. help! is there something we can do without telling anyone.
I’m sorry but I think your only way out is to tell an adult you trust. My best friend was cutting herself and I called her one night but her mom answered and said she wasn’t home and I was like.. “hang on, is your daughter cutting herself? There were rumors going around and she seemed really upset lately” and her mom checked. You dont have to come out and say, hey he cut himself, he’s suicidal. just say you heard something around school and he HAS been a little upset lately. and then theyll probably get worried and check up on him and find out its true and try and help.
