Am I paranoid or is she cheating?

I think my wife of 15 years is cheating on me. For the past few months, I have found mail in my bedroom. With random peoples names on it. I have Saturdays off and the mail is delivered by a young strong built man. I noticed one Saturday afternoon her staring at him while gardening. Am I paranoid. Please what should I do...

Did you mention the mail you found to your wife to see what her answer/reaction would be? Did he stare back at her? If they are having an affair I would think that he would look back.

What you mention in your letter that is not enough to guess any bad about your wife. Start a conversation with her about your feelings, and if she tells you that you should see a doctor, then go and see. Even if your wife would be cheating that was not a real reason to get into madness. That is also a normal life situation, what you have to deal wit normal emotions, however I do not say that that is a big happiness, but neither is a big tragedy. Just an event.

the simple answer is she is losing interest in your sex life the best thng to do is put the romance back into your relationship. try something you have done before dinner and a movie is out, try a making a surprise dinner at home with wine and try to see how that works out best of luck.
