How to stop my computer addiction?

So I have becomed addicted to the computer. Sometimes im up till 3am. Which is really bad sense I have to go to school. Once I get home I take a really really long nap till like 5-6 and its dark by then meaning I cant go outside. So I eat and dont workout. What do I do to stop my addiction? How do I stop myself from taking long naps?

tell your mom to install a password that she needs to have in order for you to get online and tel her to block your personal sites!!! I hope I helped and I sometimes have the same problem!

lol. Thats me too. When your on the computer, time seems like its going fast. try to stay up all day. Try not to take naps. Then soon you will be sleepy and go to bed. You might want to go to bed around 9-10 since you have school.

ask your mom to do something to your computer so it turns off automatically at a specific time and doenst ope till morning my moms freind did this to her children hope I helped

lol thats all normal lol dont worry bout it cause hey if I was your parents id rather you be doing that then outside getting into trouble doung god knows what I was like that at one time youll grow out of it until then enjoy just make sure you pass your classes

hun it will eventually start getting old I used to be the same way and I'm grown but in time it didn't really get bored but I knew it would still be there when I came back.
