hey im 15 and I need a job really bad, but I cant find a job that hires 15 year olds. so if you have any answers... please help ! ?

I'd suggest that you consider some place like Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, etc. They may not pay too much but they help you establish job references for when you are older and want to improve your job situation.
