I getting there, but I'm really shy and I want this one guy (who I have the attentino of) for actually be interested interested in me. lil help?

The thing about being a good flirt is to constantly smile, and to make innocent eye contact. I know it's hard when you're shy. But hey! I'm shy as well, but I use that to my advantage!
Talk to him when you're around friends. Get to know him, and allow him to get to know you. Most guys are complete idiots when it comes to the whole getting the idea that a girl likes him thing, so don't be afraid to give him a little hint! Believe me, they need it.
Also remember that guys like a challenge. So play a little hard to get. They want what they cant have.
