Can a girl still end up pregnant even if she has irregular periods; and maybe she just stops getting her period for awhile?

Anything is possible. If her periods are irregular, there isn't really a way to calculate when she would ovulate. There also isn't a way to know when her cycle will start up again. She should always use protection, reguardless of her cycle (if she doesn't want to be pregnant or get an STD from some very sharing individual).

Yes, of course. In fact this is the time when one may be most at risk to become pregnant. Since you can not accurately predict your ovulation time due to irregularity. Never have unprotected sex
