I'm sick of having bad skin, any suggestions?

I am 16 and I've had spots for about 2 years.
By spots I dont mean full on acne but I get bumpy lumps on my forehead and white heads which later tune into blocked pores on my cheeks under my eyes.
I've tried everything to get rid of them, from drinking lots of water and eating a healthy diet to creams,lotions and antibiotics, nothing seems to work.
Please help me im sick of having bad skin, any suggestions?

It usually take a combination of drinking water eating healthy foods and staying away from things that might trigger your acne. It is very important for you too examine what events/ foods etc impact your acne. Talking to a dermatologist is really a good idea if you haven't already done so.

Some of my friends say proactive really works for them but it didn't work for me so keep in mind that your skin is unique and you kind of have to try different things... eventually hopefully something will work.

I have also had those bumps on my forehead. When I went to the dermatologist, he said they were oil pores. He suggested Proactiv. It works great for me. You may also want to try Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Eliminating Gel. Before applying the gel, apply a warm damp towel to the white head to bring it to the surface, then apply the gel. It helps eat away the bacteria better. You can also ask your doctor about Tetracycline, which kills bacteria that causes infection, or Accutane, which decreases the amount of oil your sebaceous glands produce. Hope this helps.
