Should I call or keep waiting for him?

Ok...so I've been talking to this guy for a while now. We met back in November and he's older than me. (I'm 18 he's 22). We dated once back then and he never called, but he texted me saying he's always busy with work. I know he works a lot, but you'd think he'd make time to talk to me. Besides he doesn't call. If I do talk to him I'd have to call. What's up with that? Anyway, now we've started back talking again (not texting, actual talking), but of course I'm the one who has to call, so I haven't called in like 5 days. I want to call, but I don't know if I should. My mom says "He should be the one to call. I don't want you to be chasin' after some man." (haha) I think he wouldn't want to be bothered with me, plus I don't want to call him when he's "busy." I know he likes me cause s-e-x has come up before plus he wants to go on a date. What should I do? SHould I call or keep waiting for him to call or give up?

You know he likes you because sex has come up? Sex is NOT a sign a guy likes you. That only proves he just wants sex! He doesnt care to call you, or hang out with you, but the subject of sex has come up? Girl, you need a reality check. If he doesnt give you the time of day, why would you even waste your time on him? Guys have sex with girls all the time. That doesnt mean they like them, or want to date them! He wants to go out on a date, then hes going to expect the date to end in sex. Sorry, but this guy isnt interested in anything but sex!

He's playing you and doesn't really like you. The only thing he wants out of you is sex so drop this loser and move on. He doesn't call you because HE DOESN'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK. He does not want to hear your voice or your concerns he only wants to get his jollies off.
