I lost custody to a deceased parent, how can i get it back?

Custody was given to my ex and he died. My son was willed to his mother, however she won't alllow me to see my son. How can I fight for custody?

Yep, in California, at least, even if you're getting arrested in the *middle* of the custody battle, you wouldn't lose as the mom, you'd get joint custody at least.
