I keep going back to him cause I want to know I meant something

This started a year ago with a guy who I went on dates with. He texted me all the time, hung out with me, introduced me to some friends and even made me a ring. I recently found out that...

during that time he was also talking with another girl he ended up sleeping with for months and lead another girl on who lived out of province.

By summer, he dumped the girl he was sleeping with, ignored me and started trying to see the girl who now moved back in province. Then he changed his mind and actually started dating another girl. 1 month into their new relationship, he cheated on her a week after she left for school so she broke it off

Now he's back to talking to me but he's hot and cold. Lately, he's been texting me everyday, hanging out with me and fooling aroudn with me.

Why I go back to him is probably because I want to mean something. Did I mean as much as his girlfriend? Why did she get a relationship and I got snubbed?

I can tell just by your question that this guy is a complete player, seriously, read it. He obviously just leads girls on and has absolutely no respect for you. I don't understand why you'd put yourself in this position, you're setting yourself up to get hurt. We shouldn't need to convince you, you have to convince yourself and realize the reality of this situation. Don't waste your time on boys like this, there are so much better things in life.
