How to get rid of excess skin after losing weight?

I use to weigh around 185 pounds and I lost a good bit of weight about 3 years ago now I weigh around 142 and I have flabby thighs a little bit of belly fat from where I lost weight...I want to tone up my thighs and belly but I don't want to loose to...

much weight only about 20 pound I cant really afford to loose much more of my boobs...please help!!!

walking is good for butt and thighs it will tone it up
and taebo is very good it is hard work at first but it is good
