How can i make my eyes brighter or more blue?

HI everyone!
I have blue eyes, and I was just wondering if anyone knew any tips (using make-up) how to make my eyes like brighter or like more blue! does anyone know?

I have blue eyes too and I found a few ways that make my eyes stnd out more

ok for eyeliner I use like a normal stick black on the bottom lid then for the top lid I use blck liquad eyeliner. its really makes your eyes stand out.
then for eyeshadow brown stands out. and green. earthy tones.

use smokey grey pressed shadow with a sable brush right on top of lower lid- heavier at the corner of your outer eye area.use black mascara on both upper and lower lashes.

the smokey grey reflects onto your blue making it appear bluer.
