Somewhere to record singing on the internet?

is their somewhere on internet were you can record your voice singing? and have people rate it and stuff. not youtube though cause I don't want to show my face on internet.

Well, I know u-tube can have video's with people singing on them. Ok this is kinda stupid but make a u-tube video, cover your face in it, but be4 you sing tell the audience why your covering your face. There4 NOone knows who you r and you can sing. That's my only idea.
