It doesnt sound like you are a big girl, and you do not need to stop eating to achieve a falt stomach. All you have to do is 3 exercise sessions a week of 40min each and it should get rid of that tummy problem, but also have a healthy diet of fresh fruit and vegies and do not eat unless you are hungry and you'll be able to maintain a healthy weight and not make yourself sick.

Eat from the grain based foods, they are healthy, and don't be depressed about your weight = ( it's not that big of a deal.. Just lose, it and you will feel better, I promise.

HI, you arent over weight so dats a good start. the best way to get that flat stomach you want is through proper diet and exercise. Only eat when you have to, not when you want to. whenever you miss a meal your body feeds of of its fat cells, this doesnt mean you have to starve yourself but you should just what what you eat. drink a lot of water and cut out soda drinking.....Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.an early morning run around the block wouldnt hurt... and thinking about your weight all the time just makes the situation worse, just luv who you are your appearance doesnt define who you are

I need answers. I've been so depressed for a while now. I obsess about my weight all the time now. I'm not overweight but I've been gaining. I know cause I can see my stomach poking through my shirt. I hate it. I'm thinking about stopping eating. I hate it when I walk down the halls at school and I see all these stick skinny girls. It makes me sick. It makes me just want to go throw up.
