You should talk it out with him, maybe the feelings will get accepted maybe not but its better than making urself suffer.

Just because a boy flirts doesnt mean he likes that person. How do you know he doesnt flirt with other girls? a lot of boys, AND girls just have that personality. You cant take it so seriously...
