I can't make up my mind

im trying to major in dentistry but im not sure yet. I wan tto go for dental hygienist first then when I make sure that I have expereince I want to go back to school to study dentistry I dont know if it is a good I dea or no. Also does anyone know...

I have a friend who's a dental hygienist and she gets paid fairly well.

There's nothing wrong with going about it this way - becoming a dental hygienist first will really help you when you want to go back for dentistry.
