well meditate it will help just think about something relaxing and and get stuff off your mind and put your mind on studyin and nothing else and then after about 15-30 minutes calmly start studyin and take a break every other 45 minutes for about 15-30 minutes it works for me when I do this but I dont do it all the time.

How am i going to study when i've been through so much?
guys... I'm rili stress abt this... it never happen to me before... haisz... my exam is ard next week... my final year paper.. I just cnt study... or revise... keep tinking of my love ones... my bezfren pass away due to bike accident involving a cement...
lorry... he pass away on the spot in the afternoon on 31st august 2007 ...my dad pass away last year 1st september 2007 day after my bezfren dae... I was stress and pressure... he had an accident on 25th august 2007, had a coma for a week due to braindead, which the head landed to the ground first...and pass away 1st september 2007 in hospital, in ICU at 2323hrs peacefully ... he was just 45... still missing him... than nt even 6 mths... my grandfather which was my late father, father pass away on 12feb 2008 due to his cancer from leg cancer rise up to lungs, than final stage to brain which is the last stage... pass away at my uncle place at 2223hrs...haisz... I was close to them... the one that I love leave me... and than my x leave me... but who cares... I dun feel anithing when she leaves... because I feel the worst...ahh... forget abt my x... and I nw still ve my late dad and grandad my bez fren in mind and heart... feel like they are still ard... but miss their touch... hw cn I get rid of it... please... help me...
