Why have I been so hungry recently?

All i have been doing is eating. I eat breakfast snack huge lunch snack snack dinner then more snacks. Its not from dehydrations because im consuming about 64oz of water a day so i honestly don’t know why i am having such a spike in my appetite.

It could be a lot of different reasons.

Are you stressed?

Many people feel they are hungry, even after a meal, because they are not getting enough nutrients. Try choosing foods that have high fiber, protein, and veggies. Also, stay away from caffeine. It makes your body feel like it is burning too many calories, when it isn’t.

I personally like to snack. It doesn’t matter what it is, I just like the act of eating. I always try to eat salads and veggies. They give me the satisfaction of eating without all the extra calories. It’s not necessarily how much you eat, it’s what you are eating.

No surprise there, Rose. When you try to lose weight quickly by a severely calorie-restricted “crash” diet (instead of slowly and steadily by a sustainable diet that meets your nutritional needs), you will predictably bounce back by binge eating when your body demands calories.

Rose, I’ve answered questions like this one for you several times before, usually in much greater detail than I have given here. Maybe you just don’t like the answer?

I have been eating well just a lot I’ve come up with the conclusion it was from all the splenda I was consumiing ccausing it. I stopped using it and am no longer hungry

I hope you’re right, but last I heard, you were aiming for only around 500 calories daily. That is not compatible with eating well.

well now im not sure how much i eat. i stopped counting calories and just eating what i think is healthy. whole grains ect. i only look at nutrition labels to check carbs and protein
