Hi,
Do you mean the slope of the line?
I found this online:
Double click on the line in the graph, and it will take you to the properties of the line. Insert a trendline - use linear regression. There you can select to have it show the equation of the line on the graph. The slope is the number next to the letter 'X'.
For example if it shows Y=2.9x+3 the slope (gradient) will be 2.9
Answer this Question: "How to work out the gradient on Excel?"

Hey!
I have microsoft excel 2007 and I already have a scatter graph displaying my results. I managed to add a linear trendline to them. Does anybody know how to work out the gradient of this line?
Help greatly appreciated
