The only thing that makes your hair grow is eating healthy. I am a 4 year certified beauty advisor from a professional hair salon- trust me. Proteins are essential for hair growth---but sperm only has about 3 grams of protein in it- so it's not really logical to go around swallowing ejaculation... anyways: the vitamins don't particularly work, it really depends on your diet. Try typing in healthy hair diet or something on yahoo to search for a list of things you'd need to eat. Straightening your hair isn't going to help it grow faster, it will actually damage it and break the ends off and make it stop growing. (your hair can't grow longer if it keeps breaking off at the ends) It is good to stimulate the hair folicle. Brushing is a good way, but I think giving yourself a scalp massage with your fingertips will promote scalp stimulation.

Just brush it daily. That's what I was told. Also, keeping it strait helps it grow. There are tools for keeping it strait.

I know this may sound stupid but trimming your hair keeps it healthy (jus a little trim once in a while) and when its healthy it grows better.

well I've heard a lot of things. keep your hair trimmed so it stays healthy, my friend took prenatal vitamans to help her hair grow faster, but I dont think its the best thing.. you will get hair in other places if you do that lol.

Hair grows half an inch a month at the most. There is nothing you can do to make it grow faster than that.

eww? swallow sperm?tats so stupid... take vitamins.personally I like the flinstone gummies and from takin 1 a day with a meal, I've seen my hair grow and inch each month .hope this helps (:
