How to tell my Mom I'm pregnant?

All I can say is don’t talk yourself into waiting, I’ve seen it done and all I see is the demise of families. Be careful, I don’t know what your mom is like so I can hardly tell you how to tell her.

If you find it hard to tell her face to face, then write her a letter and just put it where she could see it. She’ll read it and when she’s ready to come to you, she will. Just do it. The more you think about it, the harder it will get cause you’ll probably talk yourself into thinking the worse.

Get a letter from your doctor. You know they have those “to whom it may concern” pregnancy confirmation letters. Leave it in her room or somewhere until she finds it. Then when ShE’s calm and ready to talk. She’ll do so.

Wow, that sounds like a horrible idea I’m sorry. You would shock the hell out her finding a letter like that from a doctor with no explanation. Please dont do that.

I waited until I was almost 5 months before I told my mom. it was a huge mistake. you should tell her soon. im 16 and told my mom last week. I wrote her a note and put it in the car where shed find it. I told her all my symptoms and she took me to the doctor to get it confirmed. yes, she was mad and VERY upset, but she calmed down and started helping me. my boyfriend and his parents are helpful, too. just tell her soon, okay? for your health and the babys.

Sit her down and just tell her. Tell her alone first before you tell your dad. Are you keeping the baby? Is yes, explain to her that you know it’s going to be hard but you are willing and wanting to do it and that you care about that baby inside of you. Tell her you know your going to have to grow up and be mature and take responibility for your actions. She will be upset, but the longer you wait the worse it’s going to get. Just give her time and she’ll come around. You can get her to help tell you dad also, dad’s are usually the worst one’s to let know.
