How to take my professor to court?
Hey in one of my classes at my college, my professor is not giving me any credit for my correct answers on my test. I show my work and everything and he still keeps failing me for stuff that I do right. Because of this I willl fail the class. This is...
my last semester at college and I will be graduating this May, but I cannot if I fail this class. I beleive my professor is being unfair and I have talked to him and he won't negotiate or change his mind. I have talked to the Chair of the Mathematics Department and the President of the Mathematics Department and there were no results. Now I am thinking that the only thing left to do is to take the professor to court and sue him. I don't know how to this. I wouldn't be able to go on living if I failed the class, and my professor his discriminating against me because he won't give me any credit for correct answers on my exam, even though I show work too. There are only two weeks left before the semester is over, and I have tried everything, so I need some suggestions as to how to take my professor to court immediately before the semester is over in two weeks. Please if anybody knows the legal process give me as many details as you can so I can take care of this problem as quickly as possible, before it is too late. Thank you for all your help and time. Please tell me how I would go about taking my professor to court. And once again I would really appreciate some information. Thank you all so much.
