hi there I want to know that how to stay long on bed how can we improve our sex period to our desired time

there are very simple methods for the same. just do the PE muscle exercise. you can do it at any time of the day. just squeeze it release it. you do it for 1 minutes. after that squezze it hold it for second. by this pre mature ejaculation problem can be improved. now how to find PE muscle. while urinating just try to stop your urine. The muscle which work to stop is the PE muscle.
2. Take deep breath while performing.
3.Stop go methods. while having sex or during mastrubation stop pushing when about to ejaculate. repeate it 4 to 5 times before actually ejaculates. by doing this during sex you can improve the times of sex.
4. be relax while having sex.

I want to know how long could stay dna in the bed ?
I mean could be more than sex month or less
