How to shrink jeans?

Okay, so I have these jeans and there just a tad to big, but they werent big enough to go to the next size down...so how do you shrink jeans?

if you really want to shrink your jeans you can put them in the washer and let them hang dry for a little while but be careful... it might work..

Sit in the bathtub with them on until they fit then put them in your dryer...

Yeah, sit in a bath with cold water till they shrink then dry them.

Be careful the dye doesn't come out though, cause I've done that and they've stained my legs.

And it took ages to come off.

put them in the tumble dryer...works for me

Mine shrink when I put them in the dryer.
So, I usually hang dry them if I don't want them to shrink.

wash them with cold water then put them in a tumble dryer on warm or hot setting for a little bit
that should shrink them no problem

Wash in HOT water.

Wash in HOT water and dry them on a really high heat

OR

wash them in a normal cycle, then dry them on a really high heat.

Usually I find that drying them really hot makes them shrink, I just wash mine on a regular cycle and tumble dry them hot.

Be aware though, that they may stretch back out again, as jeans do, but if they do, just repeat the shrinking process again, good luck =]
