How to mirror on microsoft works for iron on transfer?

I need to make an iron on transfer, and you have to mirror the image before printing. I cannot figure out how to mirror the image.

do you mean rotate?

Either:

Use a graphics program to mirror the image, save the mirrored image and
print that file. Do not select T-Shirt transfer paper in the Properties of
the printer when you come to print it.
or
Select T-Shirt transfer paper in the Properties of the printer when you use
File, Print.
