How to memorize quickly and efficiently ?

I have lots of biology lessons and I have to memorize them , in a wek or so ,. So how can I do it ,, ?

Uhm it's a little hard to memorize stuff unless you've been reading it, but people memorize differently, some have to write it out, some can just read it, some need note cards, some people need to hear it, uhm it depends on your personal style. When I'm memorizing bio, I try to put it all together so it isnt a bunch of disjointed facts. Like if I'm trying to memorize the digestive system for example, I dont just memorize different parts, I memorize what the parts do and in what order. Biology is easy for me because there's not just random facts but a story behind everything. So as long as you learn the story, it is easy enough. Also, when I'm trying to learn stupid things, like there's 5 words I need to remember and in order, I make up a stupid rhyme or sentence to remember them. This is just an example, but like for the rainbow colors, Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain = red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet. Same basic concept...

I have heard that if you write down anything three times then it
is permanently locked into your memory. I remember it working
for me on spelling tests.
