How to make paper roses?

I want to know how to make paper roses that we can use to decorate the wedding hall?

Get loads of layers of square tissue then fold a couple of cm one way then the other, [ so its like a fan} tie it in the middle with string and gentley open each side layer out,dont know if you understand what I mean but cant explain any other way

just plant few paper in the soil and water it daily you will be getting beautiful roses after some days... is int so simple to make paper roses... I am just kidding yaar...
