How to make oven fries extra crispy?
I absolutely love chunky oven fries. Only problem is, Whenever I cook them, they're always too soggy in the middle, and nearly burnt at the ends. I don't buy the really oily ones because I get a really upset stomach from the amount of oil used in them....
Does anyone have any ideas on how to make them crispy without using extra oil or butter?
