First you need to realize that you can't make anyone do anything. You just haven't found the right people in your life yet. When you do - you will see that you don't have to do anything - they will care about you for who you are as a person.

Well, you can't force people to care about you, but I am sure that there is people that care about you, so you shouldn't worry about that.
