How to make my hair look emo-ish?

okay so get really short choppy layers then get hair extensions.

Backcombing! Takes time, but once you get the hang of it it really works!

Lots and lots of choppy layers. My hair looks like that girl's, except it's more brunette and is an inverted bob (short back, long front). Ooh, I love my hair.

Anyway.

Hairspray, backcombing, choppy layers, and a nice expensive flatiron helps. Try some Shine Serum too, if you want.

I kinda have my hair like that but you have tomake it look messy...you get lots of layers..mainly on the crown..some side bangs not short ones though..and have a medium length of hair..to create the messy look try chi's pliable polish and just scrunch your top layers..or sunsilks anti flat at the roots..before you do all that though remember your going to have to straighten it really really straight..need anymore help just fun mail me!*hope that helped some*

you have to tease your hair to make it big in the back and get layers upon layers. if your okay with your hair not being symmetrical at all!! hehe...

Ask for a fashion mullet; short layers at the top and long layers starting from cheekbone. (;
I suggest getting your layers razored(if short), that way when you do put extensions, they look real.(from experience)
