Lidocaine which you can get on the internet at lidocainepowder.com which is a local anesthetic dentistss use, then take a pack of sudafed, run each pill under water in your hand one by one until coating is off,(dry imediatly with paper towel to ensure the whole pill does not desolve) use 4hour sudafed for safety reasons.
