How to make eyeliner last longer

No matter what I do,my eyeliner always ends up faded by the end of the day. :P I've tried burning the tip for 3 seconds,adding an extra layer. UGH! Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could make my eyeliner last longer? And what brand of eyeliner...

I'd try a new liner...

I either use hot topic eyeliner or colortrend... and those both last me all day... heck I can even sleep with it and it'll stay on all of the next day... haha.

Use waterproof eyeliner. That usually stays on without fading. Or just dab some powder over it.

I like CoverGirl Outlast Smoothwear Eyeliner. It's almost waterproof, glides on very easily, and stays put during the day. And I also dab some pressed powder after I apply. I love it!
